Joe began his career in the financial services industry in 1994 and joined Baird in 2009.
With a strong emphasis on financial planning, Joe’s expertise lies in lifestyle and financial goal setting, and creating a process to measure and track those goals.
When talking to clients he found that when asked what their financial goals are, they cannot articulate them. Joe has worked to come up with a full process to help clients develop specific and measurable goals, which he calls 4I. Not only does Joe create these financial goals with clients but he creates documents and accountability systems to consistently monitor, update, and improve upon them. Joe has a genuine passion for helping people feel confident in their financial situations.
Joe resides in Davenport with his wife Laurie and their three children: Jordan, Sydney and Isabella. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, following the Iowa Hawkeyes sports programs, drumming, golf, and tennis.
